Photography
From pro-Ukraine protests outside Downing Street to a peak behind the doors of a foodbank, I have worked as a freelance photographer over the past couple of years documenting life around me. Some of my work can be seen below.

Britain's Voice
The past few years have been turbulent around the world. In the UK, Brexit has divided the nation; numerous general elections have caused heart-ache and the Covid pandemic highlighted injustices in our society. Elsewhere in the world, war rages on in Ukraine only months after Israel/Palestine was on the front pages and climate change constantly threatens humanity.
The streets of cities like London, Leeds and Manchester have been filled with demonstrations and peaceful protests for weekends on end. Protests have even taken place about the right to protest.
Britain's Voice is a series of images that feature photography at these protests. From the Kill the Bill protests to the most recent pro-Ukraine demonstrations.
An Open Letter to Society
The Covid pandemic has highlighted just how important life really is. But it's also shone a spotlight on where society has been going wrong.
I decided to go to my local community and ask people, if they had a chance to say one thing to society, what would it be? The idea was to collate as many images as possible and create an open letter to society. For there to be a portfolio of work that people can look through and take time to think. Take time to evaluate life.
Given the chance, what would you say to society?
Pandemic Years
In March 2020, the Covid outbreak was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation. Since then, life for all of us has changed in a way none of us could have imagined. In the pat couple of years, masks have been made mandatory, social distancing has been enforced and shops shelves have run dry. Pandemic Years is a small portfolio of photography of mine during the pandemic. It covers the initial response to Covid, the NHS protests and a temporary foodbank set up because of the virus.
